Service · AI workflow automation
Automate recurring work withapproval steps built in
I connect intake, email, documents and case systems around an agreed process. The workflow prepares information and drafts; your team reviews consequential actions before they run.

Every step is recorded on an audit trail.
01 / When this fits
Choose a process with repeatable steps
Start with a known sequence, usable inputs and a named owner. Define the exceptions that need a person.
Emails and forms need the same processing every day.
Staff search documents for names, dates and terms.
Manual reminders and handoffs slow the team down.
Important actions need a named reviewer.
Automation or an agent?
Use automation when the steps are known: receive, prepare, review and update. An agent can choose its next permitted step based on what it finds.

Workflows that do the preparation
Connect the process to the tools your team already uses.
Intake and qualification
Review inquiries against your criteria, flag what is missing and draft follow-up for approval.
Messages and case updates
Match messages to matters and prepare updates in connected case and email systems.
Document processing
Extract parties, dates and key terms, with large files handled in the background.
Reminders and handoffs
Prepare follow-ups and tasks on a schedule or when something changes.
03 / Control
AI prepares. People decide.
Agree the permissions and approval points before building.
AI prepares
Sort inquiries, extract details and draft the next task or reply.
Person decides
Approve consequential updates and handle unclear cases.
System records
Log the source, reviewer, decision and resulting action.
Explore AI and data governance for the permissions, processing boundaries and evidence behind these controls.
04 / How we work
A working system, one workflow at a time
A workflow map, working automation, approval records, acceptance checks and handover notes. Continued support and later changes are scoped separately.

Working automation
Built, connected to the agreed systems and tested against agreed cases.
- 03
Review and records
Permissions, approval points and a log of decisions and actions.
- 04
Documented handover
How it works, its limits and the next steps, so your team can run it.
Implementation details
Connections depend on available APIs, permissions and data quality. The exact tools follow the agreed scope.
- Intake and qualification: Voice, Email, Forms
- Messages and case updates: Microsoft Graph, Case matching, REST APIs
- Document processing: Extraction, Background jobs
- Reminders and handoffs: Temporal, BullMQ, Redis
Security testing covers prompt injection and permission checks within the agreed assessment scope.
Questions
Before we start
Will this work with our existing systems?
Often, yes. I first check the available APIs, access permissions, data quality and workflow constraints, then agree what can be connected or extended.
Does the AI act on its own?
Only where you decide it may. Consequential steps wait for the responsible person’s approval, and every action is recorded.
What does a first project look like?
Usually one workflow, scoped with clear deliverables and acceptance criteria. Once it works reliably, we extend it or automate the next one.
Can you improve automation we already have?
Yes. I can review an existing workflow, fix unreliable behavior and add review controls or AI steps where they help.
Next step
Bring the process your team repeats
